We are located on Lady Denman Drive, next to Scrivener Dam, near Yarralumla - approximately 9km from the centre of Canberra - just off Parkesway / Tuggeranong Parkway.

Bus services run from the city weekends and ACT school holidays only. Please view the bus timetable via the link at the bottom of each page.

Lockers - small and large - are available for hire at a small fee. A wheelchair and motorised scooter is available for hire but prior bookings are recommended.

Bookings
Please note that bookings can only be made via our online booking system or over the phone or counter. To make an online booking, please visit the product page.

Gift Voucher purchases can be made online - see product pages for links,over the phone (allow 5-7 working days for postage) or over the counter.

Booking with a Gift Voucher: Gift Vouchers purchased from the Zoo can be booked online, over the phone or over the counter and the voucher number must be quoted.

Red Balloon Gift Vouchers must be redeemed directly through their website.
All Vouchers must be presented on arrival or full payment will be required.

Bookings, reservations and purchases cannot be made via this mail form.
