Junior Zookeeper Club membership entitles you to attend weekend programs that include feeding animals, behind the scenes tours and helping care for the animals through food preparation, cleaning, creating enrichment and learning about conservation and animal health.

Enrollments for New Members for 2012 will begin on December 19th.
The cost for the 2012 programme will be $395.00

Something NEW at the Zoo!

Curious about what it takes to work at a zoo? Missed out on a place in JZK? Then try Keeper For A Day. These 'stand alone' sessions will include activities similar to the JZK program; such as making enrichment (toys) for the animals, learning what it takes to care for zoo animals and conservation issues. Each of the three dates will focus on different animals. You can come to one session, two or three! Cost is $60 per session.

Sessions run for 3 hours either in the morning - 9am to 12pm OR in the afternoon - 1pm to 4pm . Note - 2011 Booked out.
