Children 15yo and under must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times while in the zoo.

A child ticket is valid for anyone from 3 to 15 years of age or a currently enrolled secondary school student 19 years or under (proof and ID required), This applies to general admission, tours, encounters and memberships. For children under 3 years a $1 donation is requested (maximum two children per accompanying adult). $12.00 for each additional child under 3 years. Reception staff may determine if children appear over this age and require a child ticket. Their decision will be final.
