A child ticket is valid for anyone from 3 to 15 years of age or a currently enrolled secondary school student 19 years or under (proof and ID required), This applies to general admission and memberships. For children under 3 years a $2 fee is required (maximum two children per accompanying adult). $12.00 for each additional child under 3 years.

Child tickets for tours and encounters cover anyone 3 - 15 years old. Adult tickets are required for anyone aged 16+

Reception staff may determine if children appear over this age and require an adult ticket. Their decision will be final

Carers with ID receive free entry with their client. Maximum ratio for free entry is 1:1. COMPANION CARD holders receive free entry, as well as their Carer.
