A child ticket is valid for anyone from 3 to 17 years of age or a currently enrolled secondary school student 19 years or under (proof and ID required), This applies to general admission, tours, encounters and memberships. For children under 3 years a $2 fee is required (maximum two children per accompanying adult). $12.00 for each additional child under 3 years.

Reception staff may determine if children appear over this age and require a child ticket. Their decision will be final.

Carers with ID receive free entry with their client. Maximum ratio for free entry is 1:1. COMPANION CARD holders receive free entry, as well as their Carer.
